Bridget Flynn - People & Culture

Bridget has dedicated more than 25 years to thoroughbred racing across Australia and New Zealand, with experience spanning training, racing operations, welfare, compliance, workplace safety and people leadership. She brings a practical understanding of the operational and cultural demands of high-performance racing environments.

Her career includes senior roles with New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing and Pakenham Racing Club, along with participation in the Asian Racing Federation General Study Programme in 2019. In 2023, she received the Pakenham Racing Club Safety Focus Award.

A lifelong horsewoman, Bridget is passionate about developing people, strengthening workplace culture and creating safe, high-performing environments for staff and horses. She joined Lindsay Park in 2026.
