Steph brings a unique mix of high-performance sport and wellbeing support experience gained while working at an elite level within the AFL, when running her own business as well as through contracting out to companies as a people and culture specialist. Passionate about supporting others and creating environments where people feel safe, valued and able to do their best work, she is known for her grounded, emotionally intelligent communication style and her genuine care for people.
Steph has spent over a decade helping individuals and teams navigate pressure, change and personal growth (worldwide). She draws on an impressive background in mindset coaching and wellbeing support to build strong relationships and support staff across all areas of the business. Having worked as a hands-on stablehand, she has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the racing industry from a grassroots level and has developed a genuine passion for horse and people welfare.
Steph now oversees HR operations at all three Lindsay Park locations with a focus on clarity, connection and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
