About the Role
Lindsay Park Racing, in partnership with Racetrack Vets, is seeking a racehorse veterinarian to join our dedicated team based at Lindsay Park’s premier location in Creightons Creek, Victoria. This 1500 acre worldclass private training facility boasts five private training tracks, full facilities, a staff of over 130 people and is the heart of the Hayes training operation. 
This is a full-time position offering the rare opportunity to work daily with some of Australia’s top racehorses, within a facility that blends elite performance standards with an exceptional rural lifestyle. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your clinical work while being supported by a collaborative veterinary and racing team that values excellence, innovation and the highest possible standards of care for our equine athletes. The successful candidate will be part of a professional and close-knit team driven by the shared goals of maintaining Lindsay Park’s reputation for integrity, exceptional horsemanship and success at the highest levels of racing.

Under the leadership of trainers Ben, Will and JD Hayes, Lindsay Park Racing is Victoria’s leading stable and continues one of Australia’s most respected racing dynasties. The property is 15 minutes out of Euroa, and approximately 1 1/2 hours from Tullamarine airport and just under 2 hours from Melbourne. It features:

What You Will Do
• Provide high-quality veterinary care to racehorses across all stages of training
• Work closely with trainers, staff and the wider veterinary team to optimise health and performance
• Conduct diagnostics, treatments and preventive care programs
• Contribute to the welfare, wellbeing, and ongoing success of an elite equine team

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum one years’ experience as an equine veterinarian
• Proven ability or strong interest in racehorse veterinary practice
• Excellent technical and communication skills with a proactive approach
• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent recognised in Victoria)
• Eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Registration Board of Victoria (visa/sponsorship support available for eligible international candidates)
