This filly is well put together and looks super athletic, she is by Portland Sky - the only Group 1 winning son of sire sensation Deep Field standing at stud. He won the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate as a 3YO, just the same as Snitzel, Fastnet Rock and Starspangledbanner did.
The dam is by one of Australia’s leading broodmare sires in Exceed and Excel, and has produced two winners from two foals to race, most notably the 2YO winner and Listed placegetter Full Force - Otokomae. The dam line traces back to the family of Group 2 winner and sire Lightsaber.
Moreover, Deep Field over Exceed and Excel strikes at 85% winners to runners and at a 3% Stakes winners to runners rate.
