We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full time Administration Assistant to join our Flemington team. We require a mature, vibrant and positive all-rounder with a can do attitude who is willing to strive to lift the professionalism and processes on a number of levels within the office and provide support to the Managers therein.

The hours would be 38 hours per week (some flexibility with days is available to the right candidate).
Your duties would include but not be limited to:
General duties include assisting Finance Department with data entry, filing, reporting, payroll and word processing;
Maintain office supplies and co-ordinate suppliers;
Front of house reception duties;
Provision of clerical and administrative support to other managers including stable administration, human resources;
Proven experience in Excel and Microsoft Office 2018 essential;
Experience in Ardex Accounting System preferred, but not essential.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Administration/Reception/PA.
Cert III or equivalent in Admin/Bookkeeping
Current Driver's Licence.
